The Titan a/s Company began its activities in 1897. Being devoted to the production of mechanical and electrical machines for different sectors within industry.

During the course of the years Titan A/S became one of the leaders within the Danish industry with more than 3.000 employees.

In 1965 Titan A/S merged with another Danish Company, called Thrige A/S and they began to work with the name of THRIGE-TITAN A/S, specialising in the production of machines for textile preparation (warp tying machines and reed drawing-in).

In 1969 the textile department of Thrige Titan A/S ceased to work together and Titan A/S began to work under the name of TITAN TEXTILE MACHINES A/S.

In 2002 the company TITAN TEXTILE MACHINES A/S transferred its assets to TITAN TEXTILE MACHINES, S.L. situated in Spain. At this moment TITAN TEXTILE MACHINES, S.L. has agents, points of sale and specialised technical service in more than 40 countries and are currently developing new products and to improve the existing products.
