TITAN's BE-PC REED DRAWING-IN MACHINE is the only available machine with automatic control. The machine will stop, if a dent is left empty, or if the hook enters the same dent twice, and the specific error will be indicated on the display.

The machine advances on its spindle and not on the reed, this means that the machine never damages the reed.

This machine can work with normal, profiled and double reeds.

Technical features:

The machine calculates and memorise automatically the dent spacing.

In the case of an error, the machine will stop automatically, indicating the error reference number.

This machine incorporates manual programming of the number of dents.

Models:

BE-PC -L Special version working direction: Left to right.

BE-PC -R Standard version working direction: Right to left.

Capacity: Approximately 80 strokes/minute (no special training required).

Application: Suitable for normal, profile and double reeds up to 30 dents/ cm ( 76 debts/inch ).

Input voltage: 110-240 VAC, 50 or 60 cycles. A transformer is supplied for conversion to 24 VDC.

Working width: 1200-3900 mm according to requirements.
